The sun and the moon are at their best. On February 4, Chizhou Huayu Electronics’ 2022 annual report and 2023 annual work plan arrangement meeting was successfully held. With the theme of “quality oriented and loyal to customers”, the conference comprehensively reviewed and summarized the work in 2022, laid out the development plan in 2023, and signed the letter of responsibility for business objectives and indicators, which unified the idea for the company to further achieve high-quality development.
The meeting was attended by more than 60 people, including Chairman Peng Yong, Director of Operations Zhao Congshou, and heads of departments, representatives of outstanding party members, and representatives of outstanding employees.
The meeting listened to the work summary of the heads of all departments, so that the participants could understand the work in 2022 more comprehensively, and pointed out the key points of work in 2023. The deficiencies in the work of the past year have been clarified, and the new year needs to be paid attention to and improved.
In 2022, due to the impact of the epidemic, the semiconductor consumer market fluctuated greatly. The company worked together to overcome all difficulties and achieved good results. To thank and encourage Huayu people with excellent performance, further strengthen the cohesion and centripetal force of all employees, and promote the healthy and stable development of the company. Zhao Congshou, the operation director, read out the list of excellent party members, excellent employees, quality pacesetters and model workers on the spot and praised them.
Chairman Peng Yong fully affirmed the contents of the report. He said: The development of the enterprise cannot be separated from the hard work of colleagues. The year 2023 is the quality year of Huayu. We should adhere to the concept of “quality first and loyal to customers”, practice the value of “God’s reward for diligence and virtue” with practical actions, consolidate quality first, take production and operation as the main line, strengthen cross-department communication and coordination, pay attention to time allocation, and improve work efficiency. In our work, we should strictly check the standards, find gaps, and implement the tables, so as to be the first responsible person for the high-quality development of enterprises.
He stressed that 2023 is the beginning year of the 20th CPC National Congress and the backbone year of the 14th Five-Year Plan. We should think in one place and work hard in another. We should focus on high-quality development, performance, investment and employee welfare. We should speed up the company’s modernization management process, increase the construction of the total quality management system, optimize the internal management system, deeply implement scientific and technological innovation and technological transformation, strengthen the supply chain cooperation ability, deepen the construction of the human resources system, and improve employee welfare.
